About Auto Experts LLC

Auto Experts LLC opened its doors at its original 6th Street location in June 2010. In May of 2016 the Shop moved to its current larger location at 511 SW Veterans Way in Redmond. The new location is about 10,000 square feet, which more than triples the 2,790 square feet of its old location.

The auto repair shop currently has seven lifts, one of which is a large 22,000 lb drive on that can accommodated heavy duty trucks, box vans and various sizes of Motorhomes. Auto Experts provides complete auto services from bumper to bumper, except for alignment and tires, on a variety of makes and models.

Our Mission is to provide quality automotive repairs, along with outstanding customer service at a reasonable price. Auto Experts has been built on excellent customer service backed by a strong work ethic. We work hard to keep a good reputation and have grown our business mainly on word of mouth and recommendations from friends and family of those who have had repairs done at our shop. Our customers range from teenagers purchasing their first car, young adults working part time while attending school, families relying on a good running vehicle to get to work or their kids to school and events, to retired individuals restoring their dream cars and everything in between. We also provided additional automotive repair needs to other shops in the area, such as transmission rebuilding.

We have a custom lounge for those who stay while their vehicle is being worked on, complete with a comfy leather sofa, fireplace, TV and Wi-Fi. We also provide complementary hot coffee, tea, cider and variety of mini chocolates and other candies to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Along with Joe, the owner, Auto Experts currently employs three Technicians (Corey, Eric & Ron), one Service Manager (Andy) and Jennie, the Office Manager/Bookkeeper. Pups Willow, Bentley & Nika serve as extra “security” and shop mascots. Bentley is always up for customer snuggles . . .we know it will be hard, but please refrain from trying to smuggle him out when you leave! Your own pup is always welcome.
